Delivery Information
For payments made by credit card, your order will be shipped within 1 – 5 business days following the approval from the relevant bank and verification by our security team. For payments made by bank transfer, your order will be shipped within 1 – 5 business days after the payment is received into our account. The home delivery service is available for regions within the delivery range of the chosen courier company. For areas outside the courier company’s delivery zone, the package will be delivered to the nearest courier office with a phone notification for pick-up. Return Information
Sales made through our website are subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and we apply the provisions of these laws and regulations.
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the products meet the following conditions:
You must contact us via the communication details on our website and notify us about your intention to return the product. Products sent without prior notification will be returned to the customer.
Return requests are not accepted if the label placed on the product's box by the importer or manufacturer is torn, or if vacuum-sealed or shrink-wrapped packaging has been opened.
The return must be made within seven (7) days from the delivery date, and the product should be unopened, undamaged, unused, and in its original condition.
Requests to return products after they have been removed from their original packaging and used will not be accepted. The return period does not apply after the product has been used, and it will not be accepted back.
According to Article 4 of the Consumer Protection Law, "Goods with material, legal, or economic deficiencies that contradict the characteristics specified in the promotional and user manuals or advertisements, or those that reduce the benefits expected by the consumer from the product, are considered defective." The customer has the right to return, request a price reduction, exchange, or free repair of the defective goods if the notification is made within 30 days of delivery.
To benefit from the rights mentioned above by filing a defective goods complaint:
If the product’s features differ from what was stated in the advertisement or if there are deficiencies that reduce the benefits the customer expects, the product is considered defective.
The customer must file a defective goods complaint within 30 days.
A report will be prepared by the product's importer to determine whether the defect is due to user error. If it is determined to be user error, the customer will not be eligible for these rights.


Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 8 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract "within seven days from the date of delivery, without any responsibility and without providing any reason." Thus, the customer has the right to return the product within 7 days of receiving it without justification.

If you prefer, you can also make payment for your order via bank transfer. After completing your order with the bank transfer option, simply send the specified amount to the account numbers provided below. To ensure the fastest confirmation and shipping of your order, please use our transfer notification form after completing the transfer.
Orders that have not been paid via bank transfer within 5 business days following the order will be automatically canceled.
